In issue three of the beautifully produced new motorsport quarterly The Pit Stop, there’s a fantastic feature profiling the 1981 Alfa Romeo 179C we’re currently offering for sale. In issue one, we were privileged to contribute a epic photo of Ayrton Senna from the Girardo & Co. Archive in what will become a regular instalment of ‘From the Vaults’.

We recently headed to not-so-sunny Wales to let the renowned motoring journalist Henry Catchpole have a go in our ex-Loeb 2008 Citroën C4 WRC for a video on the Carfection channel. The weather didn’t exactly play ball and yes, we only had one set of slick tyres, but the resulting video is a fascinating insight into what it’s like to drive a modern-era WRC car…

Following the collector car auctions which took place during the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance weekend in Florida, K500’s Steve Wakefield took a deep dive into the results, speaking to those in the know and crunching the numbers.
