After dominating the 1992 World Rally Championship, claiming their sixth consecutive manufacturers title, and to date final WRC title, Lancia again chose to celebrate by building a special limited-edition Delta HF Integrale Evo 1, this time the ‘Martini 6’.

Initially similar in appearance to the previous ‘Martini 5’, this car was also finished in white with a red and blue Martini stripe, but for the ‘Martin 6’ the stripe widens over the cars bulging wheel arches. Also new on the ‘Martini 6’ was the addition of three ‘World Rally Champion’ decals on both front doors and the front bumper, along with a large Lancia crest decal on the roof. The interior changes were also clear to see, a new steering wheel, with the popular high-back Recaro bucket seats, this time trimmed in a fabulous turquoise Alcantara, along with the door cards. The individual plaque confirming serial number is located on the centre tunnel just behind the gear lever, which in a ‘Martini 6’ is a ‘Quickshift’ unit with a carbon fibre surround.

According the Lancia Certificato Di Origine, this ‘Martini 6’ was built on 9^th December 1992 and sold on 29^th December before being first registered a day later to Mauro Baldi Srl in Reggio Emilia with Italian license ‘RE 678894’. This car is number 213 of only 310 examples, being serviced by Mauro Baldi Srl in September 1993, at which time it was displaying 1,499 KMs.

The car has since passed through several Italian owners before passing to its most recent owner in 2007, and in 2013 the car received its ASI (Automotoclub Storico Italiano) Certificate of identity. Earlier in 2017 we bought both the Martini 5 and 6 from this owner and immediately sent both cars for a service at R3 Rally Racing Rent.

Today this Martini 6 is presented in stunning condition having been freshly serviced and fully detailed. The car is offered complete with its tool kit, spare wheel, jack, manuals and service book along with its Lancia Classiche Certificate of Origin confirming its production and specification.
